Welcome
This Is Our First Spring Challenge.
Spring doesn’t ask you to overhaul your entire life. It just asks you to clear a little ground and let something new grow.
That’s what this challenge is. Seven days of honest prompts — one per day — to help you figure out what you’re actually carrying, what you genuinely want, and what it looks like to take better care of yourself in this season.
No perfection required. No word count. Just you and the page.

Day 1 · Monday · Health
Clear the Air
“I am making room for what actually matters.”
Today’s Prompt
What thoughts, habits, or patterns have been taking up space in my head lately — and what is it actually costing me?
Write freely for 5–10 minutes. Let it out without editing yourself. This isn’t about finding solutions — it’s about seeing clearly what’s there.
Go deeper:
Where in your body do you feel this weight?
Is this something new, or has it been building quietly for a while?
What would feel different if this wasn’t taking up space anymore?
0 characters
Take it further: Once you’ve written, don’t let it stay on the page. Head to the EOD Master Guide in the classroom and run what came up through the loop — externalize it, organize it, and find the one thing you can actually do something about.

Day 2 · Tuesday · Health
Name the Weight
“I am allowed to put things down.”
Today’s Prompt
What am I holding onto out of habit, fear, or obligation — that I know, if I’m honest, is no longer mine to carry?
Look back at what came up yesterday. Circle anything that felt heavy or outdated. Today is about naming it clearly — not fixing it, just seeing it.
Go deeper:
Is this actually yours, or did someone else put it there?
What are you afraid will happen if you let it go?
What has staying attached to this cost you?
0 characters
Mini Exercise: The Release List
List the specific things you’re ready to put down. Thoughts, beliefs, commitments, expectations — whatever showed up. Write them out and then say out loud: “This is no longer mine to carry.”
0 characters
Take it further: After you write, take it to the EOD loop in the classroom. What you named today is the raw material — the Organize step helps you separate what’s actually yours from what you’ve been carrying for someone else.

Day 3 · Wednesday · AI Support Day
Get Some Backup
“Asking for help — even from a tool — is a form of self-respect.”
This Week’s AI Prompt — Spring Edition
AI can’t do the inner work for you, but it can help you think more clearly about what’s draining you. Here’s a prompt ready to copy straight into Claude or ChatGPT:
I am a high-capacity woman carrying a heavy load right now. Here is what specifically feels heavy for me: [describe what came up in Days 1 and 2 of your journaling]. Help me get honest about what is actually draining me versus what I think is draining me. Then give me 3 small, realistic things I can do THIS week — nothing that requires a full overhaul, just actions that would actually reduce the load.
What to Do With Your Output
Once you have your AI response, come back here and use these questions to process it:
Reflect on what came back:
What did the AI name that you hadn’t fully admitted to yourself?
Which of the 3 actions feels most doable right now?
What surprised you about the response?
0 characters
Take it further: The action the AI suggested and the one you actually need might be different. Run it through the EOD Design step in the classroom — that’s where you turn insight into a small, real system.
Mark Day 3 complete
Day 4 · Thursday · Growth
Plant the Seed
“What I want is allowed to be exactly what I want.”
Today’s Prompt
What do I actually want this season — not what I think I should want, not what would look good, not what makes sense on paper. What do I genuinely desire right now?
Let it come through unfiltered. Don’t worry about the how yet. Don’t edit for practicality. Just let yourself want something without immediately justifying it.
Go deeper:
Why does this desire feel important right now — what does it say about the season you’re in?
What have you been talking yourself out of wanting?
If you gave yourself full permission, what would you plant?
0 characters
One Seed, One Step
Pick one intention from what you just wrote. Then answer: What’s one small, doable action this week that says “I’m serious about this”?
0 characters
Take it further: Your journal entry is the raw material. Head to the EOD system in the classroom and turn what you wrote today into one specific, low-friction next step you can actually take this week.
Mark Day 4 complete
Day 5 · Friday · Health
Water With Love
“Taking care of myself isn’t extra. It’s the whole point.”
Today’s Prompt
What does nurturing myself actually look like right now — not the idealized version, but the real, honest, this-week version?
We’re not talking bubble baths and spa days unless that’s genuinely what you need. Real self-care is often less glamorous. What does your body, mind, and energy actually need from you right now?
Go deeper:
What have you been denying yourself that isn’t actually that hard to give?
Where do you need to stop pushing and start receiving?
What boundary do you need to set to protect your energy this season?
0 characters
Your Real Self-Care Menu
List 5 things you can actually reach for when you feel off. Not aspirational — real, accessible, yours.
0 characters
Take it further: Once you’ve journaled on this, run it through the EOD loop in the classroom. The Design step is where you build one small system around what you wrote — something that makes the care automatic, not an afterthought.

Day 6 · Saturday · Growth
Who You’re Becoming
“I am already becoming her.”
Today’s Prompt
Who do I need to be — in terms of qualities, mindset, or daily habits — to actually live out the intention I planted on Day 4?
This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about noticing which version of you is already there, waiting for a little more permission and a little less second-guessing.
Go deeper:
What quality do you most need to lean into this season?
What habit or mindset has been holding the old version in place?
What would the woman you’re becoming do differently this week?
0 characters
Weekend Reflection
What surprised you about yourself this week?

Day 7 · Sunday · Watch Me Bloom
The Love Letter
“I showed up. That matters.”
Today’s Prompt
What’s one way I’ve grown this week — even if it feels small — that I’m genuinely proud of?
Growth doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s that you noticed something you’d been ignoring. Sometimes it’s that you told the truth on the page. Sometimes it’s just that you came back every day. All of it counts.
Go deeper:
What inner shift happened that no one else can see?
What are you carrying forward into the rest of this season?
What will you continue to nurture?
